Pulmonary Rehabilitation Site Locations 2017

This map of pulmonary rehabilitation sites in England and Wales is intended to be used as a tool to help patients, referrers, providers and commissioners of pulmonary rehabilitation understand the distribution of the service in these countries. This map was created using data entered by individual services for the National COPD Audit Programme’s 2017 pulmonary rehabilitation organisational audit. It was updated throughout the 2017 audit period, but is now a static picture based on the final submitted information.

To check for pulmonary rehabilitation sites in your local area, please zoom in. Where a number of sites can be found in close proximity to each other, they will be grouped together as a yellow or blue pin. Each red pin denotes an individual site. To see information about that site, hover over the pin and details will pop-up. This pop-up will include the site name and the name of the service that provides pulmonary rehabilitation at that site.

To obtain directions to the site from where you are, please click on ‘directions’.

To find out more about the service, please click on ‘search for service’, which will redirect you to a pre-populated Google® search.

Please note, sometimes two services hosted pulmonary rehabilitation at the same site. Where this was the case, the pop-up will include information on both hosting services.
